The competitive intelligence provided through the service is compiled from publicly available sources and is offered for general informational purposes to support sales engineering work.
It is not legal, security, financial, investment, or other professional advice. We do not warrant that any analysis, summary, classification, or recommendation is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Automated systems are used to gather and synthesize information and may produce errors or omissions. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it, and for exercising your own professional judgment in every deal and decision.
07Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, text, and brand, is owned by ColdRecon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
08Your Inputs
The Service may let you submit information, such as the competitors you track, notes, and questions to the Handler ("Inputs"). You retain ownership of your Inputs. You grant us a license to host, process, and use your Inputs to operate, secure, and improve the Service. You are responsible for your Inputs and confirm you have the right to provide them.

The Service references and links to third-party sources and content. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services, and a reference is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's terms.
